Mansura Khanam is an American photographer born in Sylhet, Bangladesh and based in New York. Mansura studied History and African Studies at Rutger's University and International Affairs at the Graduate Program in International Affairs at the New School, with a dual concentration in global governance and conflict & security. Her fieldwork includes legal assistance to refugees in Hong Kong undergoing the UNHCR status determination process. Recently, she completed the photojournalism and documentary photography program at the International Center of Photography in New York City where she received the George and Joyce Moss Scholarship.
